Cancelation and Refund Policy:
If for any reason you become unable to attend, a $150 US administration fee will be withheld and is non-refundable.
Once the 30 days before the start date of the training has passed the total deposit of $500 US is non-refundable. All additional payments (minus payment processing fees) will be refunded unless...
*If you cancel with less than 7 days before the start date of training, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
Coronavirus and Fires Cancelation Policy:
If we have to cancel this training for reasons relating directly to the pandemic or due to fires/evacuation in the area, we will give participants a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs (such as non-refundable catering or venue deposits, payment processing fees, etc.)
If you need to cancel because of covid-19 infection or travel restrictions related to the pandemic, the same standard cancellation policy described above applies with the following exception…
EXCEPTION: Since we are asking you not to attend if you have covid, if you get sick with covid and have to cancel within 7 days of the training start date and can provide proof of a laboratory positive test result, we will refund you your tuition minus the $500 deposit and any non-recoverable costs (such as non-refundable catering or venue deposits, payment processing fees, etc.)
