Registration Process for ISTA Practitioner Training

Enrolling in the ISTA Practitioner Training involves a comprehensive two-stage registration process designed to ensure participants are fully prepared for the experience. Our goal is to welcome participants who are ready to engage deeply with the training, which is why acceptance into the program requires a detailed review of your application by our entire team, including your lead from Level 1 training sessions.

The registration fee is divided into two parts, totaling €700. To initiate your application, a deposit of €350 is required. This initial deposit places you in a 'pending approval' status and reserves your spot in the training program. Upon successful review of your application, if you are accepted, we will send you a link to pay the remaining €350 of your deposit within 7 days.

Should your application not be accepted, rest assured that the initial deposit of €350 will be refunded in full.

Please note that our general cancellation policy becomes effective from the date you receive your acceptance email. This policy is in place to provide clarity and fairness to all applicants and ensure a smooth preparation for your participation in the training.

Please be aware of the following important notes regarding transfer fees: All associated fees, including but not limited to Credit Card fees, Bank fees, PayPal fees, currency conversion fees, or any other transfer-related charges, are the responsibility of the participant.

Committing to the International School of Temple Arts signifies a profound commitment to yourself. It is assumed that your attraction to our training and journeys is purposeful. If you find yourself needing more time to prepare for these unique experiences, please notify us promptly.

 

  • Cancellations within 14 days from the date of your deposit payment:

We will provide a full refund (minus bank or payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, and any payments made in your name). Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving your complete bank transfer information.

 

  • Cancellations after 14 days from the date of payment and before 30 days from the training's starting date:

A €150 administrative fee will be deducted, and you will receive a refund for the remainder of your deposit (minus bank or payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, and any payments made in your name). Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving your complete bank transfer information.

 

  • Cancellations between 30 days and 7 days from the training's starting date:

Your deposit becomes nonrefundable. However, you will receive a refund for the rest of your payment (minus bank or payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, and any payments made in your name) within 15 working days upon providing your complete bank transfer information.

 

  • Cancellations within 7 days from the training's starting date:

Your payment becomes nonrefundable.

 

In exceptional circumstances, if you wish to request a refund, we kindly ask you to provide comprehensive information about your situation to assist us in supporting you. In such cases, we may consider waiving the €150 administrative fee and refunding the balance (minus bank or payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, and any payments made in your name). Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving your complete bank transfer information.
