NOURISHMENT: Catering element
Food is such an important aspect of deep work and as such we have invited our dedicated crew back. Catering will be by the fabulous and infamous Modge, Raisin and Honey. Produce is largely organic and sourced locally. They go above and beyond to accomodate all dietary needs... must be specified early please. Meat - ethically sourced and largely also organic - will be offered once a day. So much love is also poured into the preparation of our food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and desert totalling 21 beautiful meals plus deserts. Self catering is not an option.
Please note: For your total price please add the ISTA training fee and the accomodation of your choice together. All accommodation options include your full-board catering of 21 meals plus 7 deserts (and linen except for self-camping option).
ACCOMODATION:
The venue for this training is Arcoora Arts and Ecology Centre near Kyogle Northern NSW. Accommodation options vary from camping, glamping, van, dorm and private rooms. The venue can only be accessed via a steep hill via 4WD or ALL WD and we will have a 4WD organised to get participants to the retreat centre. You can ONLY bring a campervan if itâs a 4WD or ALL wheel drive.
The full cost includes:
⢠All the training's content... 8 days full of rich inspiring sessions.
⢠Full catering throughout the training: Three delicious and wholesome meals a day plus desert (21 meals over 8 days including evening desert), lovingly prepared by our wonderful chef crew, catering for vegan to omnivore, including a delicious evening desert.
⢠Accommodation according to your chosen type from camping, glamping, dorm to private.
Registration process:
After filling out the registration form and receiving registration confirmation, a deposit of AUD $600 must be transferred to secure your place. The full balance of the payment must be paid by 4.4.25. The prices listed below reflect the ISTA training fee, then please add your choice of accomodation for your total event cost (which includes your catering at $595).

They do NOT include your selection of accommodation and food (21 meals at $595). These are listed separately for clarity and you select this in your application form. All options include linen, except self-camping.

Cancellation: Participation may be canceled within two weeks of transferring the deposit which will be refunded minus an A$150 handling fee + whatever fees are applied to cover international transfer fees.
After two weeks of registration the deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation by participant.
From four weeks before the training, no monies will be refunded (exceptional circumstances and medical emergencies considered). Full training fee is due by midnight March 23, 2026, 6 weeks before training commences, if we have not received your funds your spot may be offered to another participant.
