The event fee includes all tuition, accommodation, and 3 delicious, healthy meals per day. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.  Please let us know if you have special dietary needs.

Accommodation is offered in shared bedrooms rooms inclusive of the course fee.

For information about booking private rooms (single or double) for an additional fee,  please make it clear in the comments when completing the deposit form.

How to Register?

To register, please complete the following simple, two-step registration process

Step 2. Pay a deposit of £500  to secure a place. You can pay the deposit using either of the 2 methods below:

  • Using a debit/credit card directly on the link in the registration form (recommended for non-UK transfers). You will receive an automated payment confirmation on having successfully completed payment and the welcome letter.

  • Use a bank transfer for UK transfers. Please use the following details if you are transferring from a UK Bank account : Account Holder – Alchemy Innovations LTD, Account number – 32952462, UK Sort Code – 04-00-03 . If you want to transfer from outside the UK using bank transfer, recommend instead using a debit/credit card if possible in payment form. However, if that is not possible & you prefer using a bank transfer from outside the UK, please email infoukista@gmail.com for additional IBAN account details required to transfer from EU to UK bank accounts. There will be a 2 - 3 working day response time. Thank you for your patience & understanding.

Terms

A commitment to the Spiritual Sexual Shamanic Experience is a deep commitment to yourself. It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to this event, it is no accident.

 

If for some reason you are unable to attend:

  • Cancellation Policy Cancellation 8 weeks or more in advance: £150 is due as an admin fee and you will be refunded the rest of your deposit within 10 working days.

  • Cancellation less than 8 weeks in advance the deposit will be retained. By paying the deposit for the training you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms. If you have paid the full fee for the training, the amount paid minus the deposit may be transferred to another ISTA training in the future anywhere in the world. In extenuating circumstances, we may be able to offer a transfer of the amount paid minus the admin fee of £150 to another training.

Covid Conditions

You will be entitled for a full refund if we decide to cancel the training for any reason, or if you are unable to attend due to a case of confirmed COVID-19 case.

Below you will find the Cancellation and Refund Policy regarding Covid related issues, and special cases were a full refund applies, here are some FAQs:

1. Will I get a full refund if my country requires me to get into quarantine when coming back and therefore I decide to cancel my participation? NO.
2. Will I get a full refund If the Airline cancels my ticket or my flight? NO.
3. Will I get a full refund if my country's borders are closed? YES.
4. Will I get a full refund if UK borders are closed? YES.
5. Will I get a refund if I have a positive Covid test? YES.
6. Will I get a refund If I have Covid symptoms? YES.
7. Will I get a refund If the training is canceled by ISTA for whatever reason? YES.
