COVID REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES

If we cancel due to COVID19

* If this event is cancelled by us, you are assured a full refund within 14 days of cancellation, less $30 administration fee.

If you cancel due to COVID19

* If Covid regulations change and prohibit travel regionally or internationally, you have a choice to transfer funds to another New Zealand training within the next 12 months or receive a full refund, less $30 admin fee.

If you cannot attend for any other reason other than COVID Regulations our normal Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply. 

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Attending the ISTA Level 1 SSSExperience is a deep commitment to yourself. It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to this training, it is no accident. If for some reason you become unable to attend, your payment may be eligible for use by you at a future ISTA training being held in New Zealand minus an administration fee. 

Full refund given less $500 non-refundable deposit with more than 30 days notice of cancellation (no later than 20 December 2020)

Full refunds are not available after 20 Deceember 2020. Places can be transferred to another person but only on the same training and not future trainings.
