Attending the ISTA Shamanic Sexual Spiritual Experience

Pricing Information
We aim to make this powerful training accessible to as many people as possible. It includes teachings, accommodation, and meals (travel to the venue is not included). Here's how tuition is allocated:
20% supports ISTA’s non-profit work in consciousness and sexuality worldwide.
2% helps youth and underserved communities.
78% is shared between the organizer and three facilitators, who cover their own travel costs.
Spaces are limited, and registration will close once full to maintain a supportive participant-to-facilitator ratio.
Bank/Transfer Fees
Participants are responsible for all bank transfer fees. We only consider the amount we receive after these fees.
Cancellation Policy
1. Covid-19 Restrictions
If government travel restrictions or quarantines prevent you from attending:
Your ticket can be transferred to another event or used for online courses, with a $150 AUD admin fee.
If you cancel your ticket, the standard cancellation policy applies.
2. If We Cancel an Event (Within Our Control)
You can choose:
a) To transfer your full payment as credit for another event (within three years).
b) A full refund of the amount we received, minus transfer fees.
3. If We Cancel Due to Uncontrollable Circumstances
This includes events like natural disasters, pandemics, or social unrest. You can choose:
a) To transfer your payment (minus a $150 AUD admin fee) as credit for a future event (within three years).
b) A refund minus the non-refundable deposit (outlined in the event description).
Tatsuya Pty Ltd is not responsible for expenses like travel, accommodation, or loss of work related to a canceled event. Please secure comprehensive travel insurance.
4. If You Cancel Your Attendance
More than 30 days before the event: Refund of payments minus a $150 AUD admin fee.
Within 30 days of the event: Your $600 AUD deposit is non-refundable, but additional payments will be refunded.
During the event: Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Waiting List Payments
If you're on the waiting list, you can cancel and receive a full refund until a spot opens up. Once a spot is offered, you have 24 hours to decline before the standard policy applies.
