If for some reason you are unable to attend:
For cancellations over 30 days before the date of the training - $150 is due as an admin fee and you will be refunded the rest of your deposit within 15 working days, if you have provided your complete bank transfer information.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the date of the training the total deposit of $450 US is non-refundable

Covid Considerations:
You will be entitled for a full refund if we decide to cancel the training for any reason, or if you are unable to attend due to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Will I get a full refund if my country requires me to get into quarantine when coming back and therefore I decide to cancel my participation? NO.
Will I get a full refund If the Airline cancels my ticket or my flight? NO.
Will I get a full refund if my country's borders are closed? YES.
Will I get a refund If the training is canceled by ISTA for whatever reason? YES.
Will I get a full refund if I am concerned about getting COVID at the event and I decide to cancel my participation based on these concerns? NO
By paying the deposit for the training you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms.
