REFUND POLICY
Because we have limited space available, we have a strict refund policy.
A commitment to any of the ISTA Spiritual Sexual Shamanic Trainings is a deep commitment to yourself. It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to these training, it is no accident.
If for some reason you become unable to attend, you may choose to have your payment applied to any future ISTA training, festival or conference anywhere in the world, minus an administration fee and bank costs (bank costs are fees incurred by us for credit card transactions, wire transfers, etc). Or we can refund a portion of your payment according to the following schedule.
Since we don’t know what the situation will be at the time of the training, we are just taking deposits now. If the world situation changes and we need to cancel the event at least one week before it starts, we will refund all money less our non-refundable expenses. All deposits/payments are refunded in full if cancellation is due to COVID restrictions.
Cancellation 90 Days or More Before the Event- before Jan 15, 2022
Full refund minus $150 Administration fee and bank costs
Or choose to have your funds applied to a future training of your choice, minus $75 Admin fee and bank costs.
Cancellation 60 - 90 Days Before the Event – between Jan 15- Feb 1
1/3 of your deposit or payment is retained if you cancel 60 days or more before the start of the training. The balance of your payment will be forwarded to a future ISTA training, or refunded.
Cancellation 30 - 60 Days Before the Event- between Feb 1 - Feb 14
2/3 of your deposit or payment is retained if you cancel 30-15 days before the start of the training. The balance of your payment can be forwarded to a future ISTA training of your choice or refunded.
Cancellation 29 - 15 Days Before the Event -Feb 15- March 1
No Refund. You may have your funds applied to a future training of your choice, minus $300 Admin fee and bank costs
Cancellation 0 - 15 Days Before the Event -March 2- March 16
– No refunds are available for cancellations, unless it is because you are showing symptoms of COVID or think you may have been exposed. If we can fill you spot with someone else, we will refund you the whole price less $300 admin costs. We all take this risk together, and take the steps needed to have a safe training.
