1) Pay your deposit of 550€ following the Registration link.

2) Fill in the Participant Form (you will be redirected there automatically after the checkout or you can find the link to the Form in your booking confirmation email).

3) You will receive a full Welcome letter with all information about the training once your spot is fully booked and earliest 2 months before the training. Second payment of 750€ is due by 21st September 2025 directly to the venue. The remaining balance depending on your fee (third payment) is due in cash upon arrival & registration on the 21st October itself.

Refund Policy

Pricing & Logistics

  • Price includes tuition, delicious vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and shared accommodation.

  • Limited twin and single room upgrades are available at an extra fee (register early to secure yours).

  • Price excludes any incurred costs for travel to and from the venue and other personal expenses.

  • Exact location will be shared upon registration.

  • All bank transfer fees and charges are the responsibility of the participant.

Reservation and Deposit

  • A deposit of 550 EUR should be paid in order to reserve your seat and secure your place at the event.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

  1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract

    • If you book online or remotely, you have 14 calendar days from the date of booking to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and receive a full refund of the deposit.

    • Important: If you register on or after September 21, 2025, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, even if it is within 14 days of booking. By registering after this date, you waive your right to withdraw.

  2. Cancellation After the 14-Day Withdrawal Period (Before September 21, 2025):

    • If you cancel after the withdrawal period but before September 21, 2025, your deposit is partially refundable, minus a 150€ administrative fee to cover processing costs.

    • This fee applies in all cases of cancellation, including illness or unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Cancellation After September 21, 2025:

    • From September 21, 2025, onwards, the 550€ deposit becomes fully non-refundable and non-transferable to other events or individuals.

  4. Second Payment (750€ – Paid Directly to the Venue):

    • A second payment of 750€ is due directly to the venue by September 21, 2025. Instructions where to pay it will be delivered after registration.

    • This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  5. Final Payment:

    • The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival. If you require alternative payment arrangements, you must notify the organizer before booking your spot.

  6. Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure Clause):

    • If you are unable to attend due to serious medical reasons (proven with a doctor's note) or force majeure (e.g., travel restrictions), you may request to transfer your booking to a future event. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note: A cancelled flight does not qualify as force majeure.
