About Pricing:
The price includes all tuition, accommodation and meals but excludes travel to the venue. Spaces are limited on this retreat and registration will close once we have reached maximum capacity to ensure a supportive participant/facilitator ratio. Spaces go on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can reserve directly through this website using the Paypal button to make your €500 deposit, after which you will receive our email confirmation from info@istabelgium.com.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A commitment to the Spiritual Sexual Shamanic Experience is a deep commitment to yourself; by making a €500 euro deposit you secure your place at the training. The remaining balance is due latest 6 weeks before the starting date of the training (June 6th, 2026).
Cancellation fees:
Up until May 18th: a €150 admin fee will be withheld, together with any payment processor or bank fees.
Starting May 18th: your €500 deposit will be withheld and is nonrefundable.
Starting June 18th: 50% of the total price will be withheld. In the case that we find a replacement for your cancellation, we may be able to refund you up till the €500 deposit minus any bank fees. These are our minimum commitments to you.
Please notify us immediately in the event that you find yourself needing additional time to prepare for this unique experience. Also note that bank charges from payments made via Stripe, PayPal and/or international transfers are the responsibility of the participant.
