Terms & Conditions – ISTA Level 1 UK 2026
We believe in clarity, fairness, and mutual respect. These simple terms are here to protect both you and us, and to honour the shared commitment that makes this experience possible.
1. Deposits
A £500 deposit secures your place at the ISTA Level 1 Training.
Deposits are refundable minus a £100 admin fee if you cancel more than 2 months before the training start date.
If you cancel within 2 months of the training start date, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
2. Balance Payments
The remaining balance of your ticket is due no later than 2 months before the training begins.
If you cancel within 2 months of the start date (after paying your full balance), both your deposit and balance are non-refundable.
3. Transfers
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to another approved participant up to 30 days before the start date, at no extra charge.
Alternatively, your payment (minus £100 admin fee) can be transferred once to another ISTA event organized by us, if cancelled more than 2 months in advance.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. In cases of genuine emergencies (serious illness, injury, bereavement, etc.), we may offer a partial credit toward a future training, at our discretion.
5. Responsibility & Fairness
These terms are not meant to be rigid rules but to maintain fairness and sustainability. When you book, we commit significant non-refundable venue, food, and accommodation costs on your behalf. This policy ensures that we can continue offering these transformational spaces with integrity and care.
6. Communication
All cancellations or transfer requests must be made in writing (email). Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 14 business days.
