Terms

1. Payment policy

● A deposit of €500 should be paid to reserve your seat.

● The remaining balance should be paid in cash upon arrival

● All bank transfer fees and charges are the responsibility of the participant.

2. Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds

 

If you cancel before October 2nd, 2024: You will get a refund for the deposit, minus a 150€ admin fee

If you cancel after October 2nd, 2024: Your deposit is non-refundable, except for an event of force majeure (see description below). In the case of an event of force majeure, the full deposit minus any non-recoverable costs (venue, catering, bank fees) will be refunded.
