Terms & Conditions:
Pricing includes tuition, standard accommodations in a shared room and 3 delicious, healthy vegetarian meals per day (with vegan options).
Pricing does not include travel to/from the event and/or any permits, visas or tests needed to enter the country.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event in the case of a risk to the participants. Due to the current flight and travel situation, facilitators may change, even at the last minute.
REFUND POLICY:
You are guaranteed a fair refund:
1) If we need to postpone or cancel the training due to COVID-19, or
2) If you have to cancel due to COVID-19;
- If your departing or arrival airport gets closed and you have no possibilities to get to the training.
- If the Netherlands introduces measures or criteria for entry into the country which you are unable to meet.
- If you test positive for COVID-19.
Then we will give you:
a) The option to move your payments in full to a future ISTA Holland training organized by Joyce within one year.
b) The option to choose another ISTA training within one year, starting before 16-04-2022 (refund, minus the small admin fee of 8% with a minimum of €50 and any paypal/bank service charges).
c) You may request to get your payments back, minus the small admin fee of 8% with a minimum of €50 and any paypal/bank service charges.
If for some OTHER REASON you become unable to attend, you have the following options:
a) Your deposit/payment can be transferred in full to a future ISTA Holland training organized by Joyce within one year without any administration fees applied minus bank charges.
b) Your deposit/payments can be transferred to any future ISTA training within 12 months, minus a €150 admin fee and bank charges, if you cancel at least 30 days before the date of the training.
c) Your €500 deposit will not be refunded if you cancel less than 30 days before the date of the training (with the exception of the COVID-19 policy).
