TERMS
Pricing includes tuition, shared accommodation, delicious meals, taxes, and all course materials during the event. Tuition excludes any incurred costs getting to and away from the venue and additional purchases made at the retreat.
NOTE:
A commitment to the spiritual sexual shamanic training is a deep commitment to yourself. It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to this training, it is no accident.
If for some reason you become unable to attend, your deposit is subject to a 150€ admin fee and is non-refundable if you cancel within 2 weeks of the start time.
You will be entitled for a full refund if we decide to cancel the training for any reason, or if you are unable to attend due to a case of confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case.
Below you will find the Cancellation and Refund Policy regarding Covid related issues, and special cases were a full refund applies, here are some FAQs:
* Balance should be paid until March 24, 2023. Otherwise, you may not be accepted to the training and the deposit will be non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
* In case of a force majeure from your side before June 6th 2023, your deposit can be transferred to any ISTA training worldwide. This transfer should take place in maximum 3 months after the end date of the training. Otherwise, the deposit will be recorded as revenue.
* In case of a force majeure from your side on or after June 6th 2023 (including the cases occurred during the training), the deposit will be non-refundable and any paid amount other than the deposit will be refunded.
* In the case that you decide not to participate before the training starts, the deposit will be non-refundable and any paid amount other than the deposit will be refunded.
* In the case that you decide to leave the training, there is no refund applicable.
* In the case that the training is cancelled by the organizer, any amount you paid will be refunded excluding the bank charges.
FORCE MAJEURE
Below conditions will be accepted as force majeure:
* Death or documented severe disease of first or second degree relatives.
* Documented severe disease of the participant.
Below conditions will NOT be accepted as Force Majeure:
* Cancellation of flights or other means of transport.
* Anything other than specified force majeure conditions above.
