A commitment to this training is a deep commitment to yourself. It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to this training, it is no accident. If for some reason you become unable to attend, the following applies:
1) If cancelling up until 30 days before the training, your deposit and any additional funds paid, minus a €200 admin fee, will be returned (excluding any possible bank transfer fees). The admin fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to other trainings.
2) If cancelling less than 30 days before the date of the training, your payment - minus the €500 deposit - will be returned (excluding any possible bank transfer fees) unless there is a force majeure*. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other trainings. If you have not paid your remaining balance 30 days before the first day of the training, the same will apply and your spot may be opened to another participant.
If there is a force majeure your deposit and any additional funds paid, minus a €200 admin fee, will be returned (excluding any possible bank transfer fees).
*The following conditions will be accepted as force majeure:
-Documented severe disease or death of first or second degree relative.
-Documented severe disease of the participant.
Below conditions will NOT be accepted as force majeure:
-Cancellation of flights or other means of transport.
-Anything other than specified force majeure conditions above.
3) If cancelling within the week before the first day of the training, your deposit and all payments are forfeited unless there is a force majeure. In the case of a force majeure, all payments other than the deposit of €500 will be refunded (minus any possible transfer fees).
Other situations:
If the training begins and you test positive for COVID and we need to isolate you, we can offer no refund or transfer because the costs will all have been paid.
In case the training is cancelled by the organizer, any amount you paid will be refunded excluding possible bank charges and travel related expenses.
